AVATARland Details, Pictures, and Video

Officially announced in Fall of 2011, and AVATAR themed land will be added to Disney’s Animal Kingdom park. In a partnership with James Cameron, this new land will be designed to blend into what is already a unique park rather than stick out as a separate attraction. According to Disney, AVATARland will feature “multiple attractions, entertainment, merchandise locations, restaurants and other immersive elements” all within a Pandora-themed area. I expect it will be as lush as the Asia section of Animal Kingdom in terms of flora and, in essence, finally give life to the Beastly Kingdom concept that never...

A Day with Magic Kingdom Ducks

instant cash loans no faxing Every time we pass through the central hub of Magic Kingdom we spot our friends. No, not the characters, the resident Disney ducks.  Thinking back to my first trip to Disney World I always recall sitting on a bench sharing popcorn with one of the ducks. Disney Parks Blog posted a great video capturing what out little featured friends do all day. This pair, unlike many others, enjoy a splash in the lake instead of following tourists around for treats. Enjoy. “One of our video producers, Joan Peabody, had the same thought, and recently...
